Last night I had the pleasure of incorporating two of these powerful energies with the Lemurian Lounge (my monthly donation based circle held the last Thursday of the month!)

This joining of energies felt like the joining of the masculine and feminine (Beltane!). The deep emotional complexities and the willingness to shed and clear out. Paired with the fertility and transformation and growth that the transition to summer brings.

Fire meets water today. And we can either smother our flames or we can warm our water. The choice is yours today.

Holding space and opening ceremonies give me life.

Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE 1:1 work too. But there’s just something so sacred about gathering. Especially women gathering together.

I hosted , , and her mama for a beautiful morning/afternoon of connecting back to our authenticity and removing the weight of old identities.

Beyond the Mask is a sacred gathering I plan to do again in the future. The half day retreat was the perfect amount of time for reflection and connection. I can’t wait to host again.

I’ve been wanting to create this for a long time. In fact, I made and molded bath melts years ago. They just never worked at that time. And while I was sad then - I understand now. It just wasn’t the right time then, but it is now! ✨

Introducing the Ceremonial Soak line, crafted by yours truly.

First up: Energy Reclamation.

Intentionally created to get the unwanted and unnecessary energy off you and reclaim your own energy. If you’ve ever worked with me, you know this is something I talk about constantly. Naturally, this is what I had to lead with.

Baths have always been a place of ceremony and presence for me. A way to come back to myself. Creating this felt like an extension of that, and a way to bring that same experience to you.

I also work with plant allies regularly and tend my own medicine garden, so infusing them into this blend was vital for me in creating this ceremony for you. Each infusion is from my garden and my own tending - and if they can’t be grown by me, I source them from an ethical location. Every ally inside was chosen for their medicine, their energy, and the specific work they show up to do.

Alongside the plant allies are the supporting ingredients such as chamomile, rosemary, and sandalwood essential oil to bring even more comfort to your ceremony.

Five melts wrapped in rice paper, with a QR code inside that takes you to a full ceremonial guide so you know exactly how to use this as the ceremony it was meant to be. ✨

Part of why I love what I do are those moments of connection. Connection to our authentic selves. Connection to the part of us that were long buried. Never really lost but merely no longer seen.

This is why I created Beyond the Mask. A half day retreat connecting to our masks we wear that no longer fit. Giving ourselves over to the ability to move past them. On April 26th we will come together to journey to our mask that’s ready to be taken off. Decorate and personalize our own masks. Choose to keep them or release them into the fire. What I love about healing is that it isn’t linear. It’s a spiral. A labrynth if you will. Every once in a while I have an “aha” moment when I’m just doing the mundane.

The last few days it’s been recollecting some of my childhood core wounds of being the misunderstood one. The weirdo. The outcast. The bullied one. I used to say those experiences made me stronger. And maybe they did for a short while. But ultimately they really shaped who I am as an adult by softening the edges. I hold my inner child with love and compassion. Sanding down those rough edges of protection so that I can be expansive in this era I am in.

Sending all the love to all the folks going through their spiral.
