Round 1:
I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 81 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did standing dumbell shoulder press, plate frontal raise, standing cable machine back row, machine chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine lat push down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, glutes using the maxpump hack squat, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. This is all part of my transformation from obesity to being fit & healthy and to the new & improved me. Stay tuned and game on oh yeah 😉 💪 👊 👍
