I had an awesome, amazing and kickbutt 50 minute elliptical cardiovascular training session. I am dripping with sweat oh yeah. Remember you have what it takes to make your dreams come true. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 92 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate frontal raise, standing cable machine back row, machine rear deltoid, machine decline chest press, machine pec fly, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, glutes using the maxpump hack squat, standing cable machine triceps push down, machine biceps curl, machine back extension, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps). Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 1 more pound. From 323 lbs to 322 lbs oh yeah. I have 57 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. I also have 29 lbs to lose before I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

P.S, now I can get back to my weigh day being every other Friday or Saturday.

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. I did plate loaded supine shoulder press, plate lateral raise, machine back row, standing cable machine lat push down, plate loaded incline chest press, cable machine chest press, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, maxpump hack squat, hammer strength calf raises, machine overhead triceps extension, dumbell hammer curls, machine back extension, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
