I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 112 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did plate loaded supine shoulder press, plate loaded frontal raise, standing machine lateral raise, machine back row, plate loaded chest press, seated cable machine decline chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine face pull, standing cable machine low back row, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine leg press, machine back extension, machine biceps curl, machine overhead triceps extension, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).
In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae (current and previous), my kicking combinations 1 and 2 (current and previous), my hand combos 1 and 2 (current and previous), and my self-defense combos 1 and 2 (previous).
Never give up on yourself and never surrender because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. This is all part of my transformation from obesity to being fit & healthy and to the new & improved me. Stay tuned and game on oh yeah 😉 💪 👊 👍
