Round 1:

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 81 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did standing dumbell shoulder press, plate frontal raise, standing cable machine back row, machine chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine lat push down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, machine leg press, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine back extension, standing cable machine rope biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, glutes using the maxpump hack squat, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on my hand strike combos: 1: side step under punch to upper punch and 2: jab, punch to under punch. I continued working on my kicking combos: round house kick to sliding round house kick and sliding round house kick to side kick. I continued working on my self defense combinations 1 and 2. Did some kicking drills and hand striking combo drills.

Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, standing machine lateral raise, machine back row, machine decline chest press, plate loaded incline chest press, standing cable machine face pulls, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, maxpump hack squat, hammer strength calf raises, machine back extension, barbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

Don't listen to the naysayers. Never give up on yourself because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae. This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 2 more pounds. From 305 lbs to 303 lbs oh yeah. I have 38 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. I also have 10 lbs to lose before I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on my hand strike combos: 1: side step under punch to upper punch and 2: jab, punch to under punch. Learned some sparing drills and did some sparing.

I did plate loaded shoulder shrugs, plate lateral raise, machine back row, cable machine decline chest press, cable machine incline chest press, standing cable machine face pulls, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, body weight squats, hammer strength calf raises, machine back extension, barbell biceps curl, standing cable machine triceps push down, precor rotary torso, precor glute extension, and machine abdominal crunch (medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on kicking combination 1: round house kick to sliding round house kick and kicking combination 2: sliding round house kick to side kick. I continued working on hand striking combination 1: side step under punch to upper punch and hand striking combination 2: jab, punch to under punch. I continued working on my self-defense combinations 1 and 2.
