This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 4 more pounds. From 293 lbs to 289 lbs oh yeah. I have 24 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

Never give up on yourself because one day you will see your goals come to life. Once you reach your goals you will realize it's because you never gave up. I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt 93 minute full body workout session. I am sweaty and my hands are slightly shaking oh yeah. I did standing plate overhead shoulder press, plate loaded supine shoulder press, machine back row, machine decline chest press, machine pec fly, standing cable machine lat pull down, adductor and abductor machine, machine leg curl, machine leg extension, calf raises using the precor linear leg press, precor linear leg press, machine back extension, hammer strength plate loaded biceps curl, machine overhead triceps extension, precor glute extension, precor rotary torso, and machine abdominal crunch (light to medium weight 4 sets 12 to 20 reps).

In the group exercise room I continued working on my poomsae (current and previous), my kicking combinations 1 and 2 (current and previous), my hand combos 1 and 2 (current and previous), and my self-defense combos 1 and 2 (previous).

Never give up on yourself and never surrender because one day you will be where you want to be. To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. This morning I weighed myself and I am extremely proud to announce that I have lost 3 more pounds. From 296 lbs to 293 lbs oh yeah. I have 28 lbs to lose before I reach my weight loss goal of 265 lbs. Now I can qualify to get my arthritic knees replaced oh yeah 👍 😉 👊 💪

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on my hand combos 1 (jab, punch) and 2 (jab, jab, punch). Continued working on my kicking combination 1: front kick to front kick and kicking combination 2: axe kick to axe kick. Did kicking drills, sparring drills, and sparring.

I had an awesome, amazing, and kickbutt Tae Kwon Do training session. I continued working on my poomsae. I continued working on my hand combos 1 (jab, punch) and 2 (jab, jab, punch). Continued working on my kicking combination 1: front kick to front kick and kicking combination 2: axe kick to axe kick. Did punching drills with resistance. Fitness component: squat to dumbell shoulder press, wall sit (core exercise), medicine ball over the shoulder throw, and hoping exercise.
