Join Kresta for a 60-minute Yoga Foundations class on Friday, January 30th at 6:30pm.

Yoga Foundations is a supportive, hour-long class designed to slow things down so you can build strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up. With a focus on proper alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness, this class helps students develop the body awareness needed to safely progress into faster or more challenging practices. Ideal for beginners and experienced yogis alike, Yoga Foundations creates a strong base that supports longevity in your practice and helps protect against injury.

This class is for anyone and all-levels welcome.

FREE for Members or $20 Extension Class Rate applies.

Yogis in the Wild! Maui, Hawaii edition. Our friend Tom doesn’t need the Hawaiian sun in order to bring sunshine and happiness to us whenever he is at the studio. But we sure appreciate this beautiful reminder of yoga in paradise that he sent us from his recent trip. We love you Tom!

We need two responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented, spick-and-span-loving people to clean our beautiful studio and lobby.

Cleaners should be available twice a week, mid-day or late night.

Clean 2 days a week (takes about ~90 minutes) and receive unlimited yoga each month while you are a Karma Cleaner.
