Summary of changes:
•No 8pm classes
•Now four 9:30am classes
•Now five 8am classes
•Monday 8am is a Power/Yin
•Monday 5pm is now a 75 min Rogue
•Tuesday 9:30am is now a Mindful
•Thursday 9:30am is now a Hatha
•Thursday 12pm is now a Power/Yin
•Thursday 6:30pm is now a Pilates Pump
•Sunday 9:30am is now a 60 min Rogue
*Pilates Pump is Mat Pilates with the option for the instructor to offer use of steps, sliders, weights, balls, bands and high-energy music within the scope of Pilates inspired exercises.
