🟣 October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month 🟣
At Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, we stand in solidarity with survivors and reaffirm our commitment to ending domestic violence in our community. This month, we honor the strength of those impacted and recognize the critical role of support services in their healing journey.
The Providence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse (PICAA) provides compassionate, 24/7 advocacy and forensic care for survivors of sexual and physical abuse. Whether at the hospital, in our clinic at Dawson Place, or over the phone, PICAA advocates are there to help individuals navigate crisis, access resources, and begin the path to healing.
📞 If you or someone you know needs support, call PICAA’s confidential 24/7 hotline at 425-252-4800.
As part of our commitment to prevention and education, the PICAA team is also sharing a Healthy Relationship Series across our social media channels. These articles explore the signs of healthy vs. toxic relationships, the importance of consent, and how to build respectful connections.
