Executive Director Stacey Minchello hosted a holiday party to express appreciation for the outstanding work of all staff members.

Staff and their families were invited to enjoy time together, holiday treats, and games. It truly takes a village.

The staff's dedication to providing exceptional care, meeting each client's unique needs, is remarkable. The Community Family's success is a testament to its remarkable staff. Thank you to all the amazing staff at The Community Family.

Tuesday night (12/9/25) was nothing short of amazing. The Community Family organized a caregiver loved one event, which was made possible by the Encore Community Foundation's generous grant award.

The Dutton Center hosted 30 clients and loved ones from all three sites.

The evening's festivities included delicious snacks, a guided painting class, and an atmosphere filled with love.

Caregiving is an incredibly challenging profession, often making it impossible to engage in simple activities like dining out or attending a painting class. The love and joy evident on everyone's face were truly invaluable.

Dutton staff member CC surprised all the clients with mini Christmas trees, which they got to decorate all by themselves.

The Medford Jingle Bell Festival was, as always, a remarkable achievement, featuring exquisitely decorated trees and the annual house tour.

Our Medford Center was meticulously decorated, hosting over 80 community members and showcasing the outstanding work accomplished daily at our Dementia Certified Center.

The Community Family is deeply grateful to the Medford Jingle Bell.

What a day all three sites had! Huge thanks to Spinellis for the Thanksgiving dinner that left everyone in a food coma. Every aspect of the meal was a hit with all three centers.

And an even bigger thank you to Everett Co-operative Bank for their generous donation that made this delicious meal possible.

Your work is not just a job — it’s a gift. You make our Adult Day Health program a place of safety, support, and belonging. The difference you make is felt daily, quietly and powerfully.

To the family/community support caregivers, we see you. Your love, your sacrifices, and the emotional weight you carry does not go unnoticed. You show up in ways that are immeasurable, advocating, supporting, and giving care long before and long after each day begins and ends. Your trust in us means everything, and together we create a circle of care that allows your loved ones to thrive.
