Just picked from the orchard and blended to perfection.🍎🍏

This apple pie smoothie is a soft, sippable fall favorite that’s gentle on braces and full of flavor.

Ingredients:
• ½ Cup of Vanilla Yogurt
• ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
• ½ Cup Milk of Your Choice
• 1 Tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup or Agave
• 2/3 Cup of Cut Frozen Apples
• 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal
• 1/2 Cup of Ice

Add ingredients into the blender until smooth! Makes 2 small smoothies or one large one.
