Common sense from Web MD. The vaccine is part of the answer not "the answer". Social distancing, quarantining, wearing masks, and dare I say staying healthy and boosting your immune system, will all play a part in the recovery. Remember that 70-90% need to be exposed to develop herd immunity. In other words, the vast majority of us need to be exposed and then to recover.

As important as a vaccine will be, some experts are already trying to temper expectations for how much it will be able to do.
