Registration is now open for my next foundational class, Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty, which is being held February 20-23 in Everett, WA!

In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques. You will work with the main diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. You will also learn techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system. 32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics). $700. My next transformative class offering, The Sphenoid & Inner Sight, will be held October 24-27 at my office in Everett!
In this class, we will open up space for the sphenoid bone to move as it was meant to move; with freedom and ease. As we free up sphenoid we will facilitate motion and open up space for all of the cranial bones. We are so much more than these bodies, but our bodies become much more easily inhabitable when we experience freedom of motion. Where there is space, light can flow in.
The sixth chakra, the center of our inner sight, is located just above sphenoid. We are all born clairvoyant, but often lose touch with this ability as we are taught to focus on the world outside of us. In this class, you will begin to let go of programming that has disconnected you from your clairvoyance, so that you can reclaim your ability to use it as the powerful self-healing tool that it is meant to be.
By the end of class, you will experience a new sense of spaciousness within your head, as well as a greater connection to your inner sight and spirit. In addition, you will leave with many new tools for assisting your clients in their healing journeys.

I have one spot available in my upcoming foundational class, Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty, which is being held September 5-8 in Everett. In this class I teach the basic principles of Craniosacral - most importantly, the practice of connecting and listening deeply, and supporting whatever shows up in your hands in a session. In addition, I will offer guidance in maintaining energetic integrity as a healer, with explorations through guided meditation of the vulnerabilities that we carry that can lead to energy transference with our clients, as well as techniques to help us to become more conscious and less vulnerable to transference in our work. By the end of the class, you will have a toolbox of techniques that will allow you to offer a basic Craniosacral session while maintaining healthy energetic boundaries. In this class, you will learn to touch consciously and with full presence, while maintaining integrity within your own energetic field. You will learn and experience the basic principles and techniques for practicing Craniosacral, as well as spiritually-oriented mystical techniques, that are both simple and powerful in their ability to help you to cleanse and be in charge of your personal energetic space. Reflecting on June’s Craniosacral immersion retreat. I am still integrating the immense gift of all that came into awareness during our time together. What an honor to get to be at the center of such a powerful container, and to witness the culmination of what had been unfolding in these beautiful humans during our time together these last couple of years. May we all continue to grow in connection, consciousness, and love. 💖

Words cannot begin to describe what an honor it has been to witness these beautiful humans in their transformation as they cultivated their own unique cranio magic over the past couple of years. We have grown and healed together while holding each other in a deeply supportive container and I, for one, am forever changed by the experience. My heart is bursting with gratitude. 💗

Each of us is a spiritual being, and clairvoyance is a spiritual gift we all have. Many of us have simply lost touch with this gift.
