As a Swedish Edmonds Registered Nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply connected our minds and bodies are in healthcare. Today, we embrace the 21st-century scientific understanding of this mind-body connection and its profound impact on our health.

Join me this weekend at the Me We Fair at the Angel of the Winds Arena, 2000 Hewitt Avenue, Everett, WA, from 11 AM to 5 PM, September 7th & 8th. I’ll support the Pacific Northwest BodyTalk Association at our booth and give a lecture on "What is BodyTalk?" Saturday at 1:30 PM and Sunday at 2:30 PM. Let’s celebrate consciousness-based healthcare and explore the healing power of the mind-body connection! 🌿
