Some goals don’t get smaller with age, they get bigger.

At 71, this patient is hiking the Lycian Way along the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. After an ankle arthroplasty in 2017 and additional surgery in 2023, getting back to adventures like this wasn’t guaranteed.

With the support of a carbon fiber orthosis, he shared:

“This device has been the difference between me being here or not being here.”

This is why we do what we do, helping people stay connected to the places, experiences, and lives that matter most to them.

From recovery to the starting line, and all the way to the finish.

At 57 years old, this patient completed a half marathon in under two hours after undergoing a calcaneal osteotomy in 2023.

In his words: “No ankle or foot pain - which is a miracle, because even running across the street hurts without this orthosis.”

Seeing our patients return to the activities they love, stronger and more confident, is why we do what we do every day. 🏃‍♂️💙
