After more than a year in the making, I’m so proud to finally announce the launch of my new luxury belt collaboration with — a project built on passion, purpose, and the right partnership!

I’ve supported bodybuilding journey and all of her business ventures since the very beginning, and I’ve always admired her drive, her discipline, her passion and the way she represents strength in every form. Supporting women — especially women in sports — is something I stand behind 100%, and this collaboration reflects that commitment.

Nothing great happens overnight.

Got this exercise from my good friend,the creator and master mind behind body tempering. I am basically pinning the quad in for different locations while i perform the extension. It felt great but next time I’m going to try it with my recovery therapist so that I can use a heavier tool🦾 I did a pyramid set with five reps in five different positions back-and-forth while upping the game with an H2O drop set.

This is a body tempering pin and stretch technique while also incorporating an external load to the quad from the leg extension machine.

The weighted roller provides direct pressure to my quads and the knee movement from the leg extension machine lengthens and shortens the quad under that pressure. This combo really helps to reduce my overall stiffness.

It also provides a nice neurological reset by reducing overactive muscle tone and retraining the nervous system to allow more knee range of motion before diving into those heavy H2O drop sets.
