But let's not forget something super crucial – emergency preparedness!

Heading abroad? Remember, those international aisles at airports don't always come with band-aids and antiseptics. So before you zip up that luggage and dream of foreign lands, make a little room for peace of mind. A compact first aid kit could be your best travel buddy!

Here’s a quick checklist:
