Building Resilience in our Youth Workshop for Community Nov. 20

This workshop equips parents and caregivers with practical tools to help children and youth develop emotional strength, adaptability, and a positive mindset.

Learn how to:
Foster strong family connections
Manage stress
Support kids through challenges

By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident in nurturing resilience at home and empowering their children and youth to thrive in the face of adversity. The workshop will be led by Jenne Alderks, M.Ed., MPA with Snohomish County Human Services.

Presented by Arlington Coalition for Healthy and Resilient Youth. No registration is required, and the Arlington Library will provide kid-friendly activities.

Thursday, November 20, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Arlington Library, 135 N Washington Avenue.
