New Roots - Victoria Williams, LMT, CD I'm an LMT who specializes in helping women through pregnancy and labor with the healing effects of prenatal massage and birth doula support.

My massage services are in the belief that relaxation can be the best medicine. I excel at relaxation massage mixed in with a little treatment work to help bring your level of stress down and increase your level of happy! I also specialize in prenatal massage and strongly believe that during pregnancy, massage is one of the best things you can do for both your body and your mind, helping you to relax and let your body do the growing that it needs to do. I am also a birth doula, a birth partner who provides continuous and unending support for families in labor, helping to ease their way into motherhood utilizing different coping techniques and helping them to be an advocate for the best birth possible.
