If you are suffering from ongoing pain and you do not know what is causing it, we are there to assist you by ordering appropriate testing, helping to figure out why you are suffering from this pain. We do need a referral from a provider to schedule your intake but feel free to reach out to the office if you need assistance with this! Behavioral Health-currently accepting patients 14 years or older. If you are suffering from mental health symptoms and want to get back your life, we are here to help. We focus on working with the patient and/or family, developing an appropriate care plan/medication management plan that all parties involved agree upon. You do not need a referral to see Behavioral Health. Call the office to schedule your appointment immediately.
