My spiritual awakening was not peaceful in the beginning.

After my kundalini awakening, I began having experiences I couldn’t explain — including hearing voices and questioning my own sanity.

At the time, I truly thought I might be losing my mind.

Everything I thought I understood about reality started shifting.

Over time, I began learning discernment, grounding, nervous system regulation, and how to reconnect with myself through the chaos.

This journey taught me how important it is to stay grounded, seek support when needed, and learn the difference between fear, intuition, and inner guidance.

Many people are currently feeling old interference patterns, subconscious programs, fears, emotional loops, and heavy energies surfacing right now.

What’s important to remember is this:
Not everything that rises needs your attention.
Not every thought is your truth.
Not every old program deserves your energy.

As consciousness shifts, many outdated energetic patterns are leaving the field because they are no longer aligned with who you are becoming. Sometimes these programs become louder right before they dissolve.

You may notice:
• Old fears resurfacing
• Emotional triggers appearing suddenly
• Strange dreams or looping thoughts
• Feelings of heaviness or resistance

My son’s health challenges became one of the biggest catalysts for change in my life. As a mother navigating Autism and severe Epilepsy, I was doing everything I could to help him heal.

That journey eventually led us to Colorado after I began having powerful spiritual experiences — including visions of the mountains before we moved.

After my son’s health began improving, I went through experiences I didn’t understand at the time.

I became clairaudient and began hearing things that made me question my own sanity. I also experienced spiritual phenomena that I personally interpreted through my own lens at the time, while learning deep discernment, grounding, and how to trust myself again.

There was a period where I felt completely lost… and a period where I learned how powerful healing, faith, and self-trust truly are.

This journey changed everything.
