Dr. Rev. Laura Palmer is a graduate of the University of Sedona with a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Counseling and a Reiki Master Teacher. She specializes in counseling Highly Sensitive Persons. She loves supporting HSPs however she can. She lives in the foothills of Colorado, just west of Denver with her mother and her Maltese mix dog Sofie, who is the center of her world.

Dr Palmer is a Highly Sensitive Person herself and has spent the last decade learning, experimenting and practicing all things Metaphysical. By combining her two great interests, history and Highly Sensitive Persons, she enjoys sleuthing through history finding Historic Sensitive Persons.

Laura is author of two books, Celebrating Sensitives and From Corporate to Calling (a #1 International Bestseller) both of which are available on Amazon.

Her reiki practice includes Angelic, Fairy, and Dragon energy and finds working with these energies to be delightful and a huge help to Highly Sensitive Persons. She believes strongly that the Spiritual Path can and should be a playful one and has found reiki to be very beneficial to HSPs, allowing them to be in their own energy.

ATTENTION REIKI PRACTITIONERS:
Join us for a time of gathering to discuss, reflect on and practice Reiki.

This Reiki circle, guided by Reiki Master-Teacher Paula Marquez, is a safe place for all who would like to extend their practice and delve a little deeper into this energetic healing modality. Expect meditation, deep conversation, and a designated time for distance Reiki. These monthly sessions are only being offered online to accommodate those of us with a busy schedule. So, find the coziest spot wherever you are, gather in your Reiki guides, and open your mind for an uplifting and spiritually guided time.

You must have completed Reiki Level I, including the attunement, to participate. We will discuss some sacred symbols and philosophies that can only be accessed after attunement. No need to be an actual practitioner with clients to join. This is meant for all who have welcomed Reiki into their lives from past to present!

We hope that you can join us for every circle as each discussion will build from the previous though we do understand that this may not be practical. You will be welcomed unconditionally whenever the time is right for you to join us!

Join Tracey Lanham, Shakti Witch, to honor the Celtic holiday of Ostara, Spring Equinox. On Ostara there is an equal amount of daylight and darkness, and it marks the shift toward lengthening days and the rise of light and warmth.

Using tarot and oracle cards, coupled with the unique energy of the season, we’ll practice connecting with our intuitive wisdom. Tarot and oracle card activities may include pulling cards for ourselves, pulling cards for others in the group, creating card spreads, exploring personal power cards, and using cards to inspire intentions and journaling.

No experience with card reading is necessary. All levels, from beginner to expert, are welcome. Bring your favorite tarot or oracle deck (decks are available for purchase at Polita's) and a journal and pen. Loaner decks will also be available at the event.

Join us on Saturday, March 21st for a soulful afternoon of creativity, connection, and seasonal renewal at our DYO Earrings & Intentions Event.

Create your own lightweight statement earrings alongside artist Emmalee Blong of The Moon and Her Mystic. You’ll choose up to four natural components to design a pair that feels uniquely aligned with you. Materials include: Brass shapes, Leather, Cactus plant “leather”, Mother of pearl, & Wood elements.

As you select each piece, you’ll be guided to infuse your creation with intention — choosing materials not only for their beauty, but also for their meaning. All earring findings are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and made of 100% brass, so you can wear your creation comfortably and confidently.

To honor the turning of the season, each participant will also receive a Reiki-charged sachet filled with herbs, crystals, and infused energy symbolizing renewal and growth. You’ll have the option to write a personal intention to tuck inside your sachet — carry it with you, place it by your bedside to inspire your dreams, or keep it in your sacred space as a reminder of your seasonal shift.

Some have asked and now we're happy to offer a Reiki Level I Course on 4/12 & 4/26 from 2pm to 5pm.

Are you interested in learning more about self-healing and Reiki? We are excited to announce this level I course for those who feel the calling to learn and practice this energetic healing modality. Originating in Japan, this hands-on approach to healing is safe and effective when working toward finding balance within the mind, body and spirit.

We hope you will join us for this Reiki Level I Course!

In this class, you will learn about Reiki and its origin. You will also learn techniques which can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and aid in healing. You will have the opportunity to do some self-practice as well as practice on each other in order to feel the benefits first hand.

No experience necessary! This class is perfect for the holistic practitioner who wants to add this healing art to their bag of tricks or for the business person who is looking for a healthy way to wind down after a long day at work. All are invited and welcome!

This 2 day class will be held on April 12th and April 26th from 2pm to 5pm. You must attend both days in order to receive an attunement and certificate.

✨Deepen your Reiki healing practice in this Reiki Level II class. Come with an open mind & heart and leave with greater knowledge and understanding from this hands-on experience. Each participant will receive a Reiki Level II attunement and certificate of completion.

WE ARE CLOSED - SATURDAY, JANUARY 10TH

Unfortunately, we need to also cancel today's fire cider workshop due to illness. Ironic, right?

As a wellness practitioner I understand the importance of preventing the spread of an illness as well as listening to my body. I will keep to myself, take my herbal remedies, hydrate and rest up. As we all know, self care is necessary when feeling under the weather.

I hope to be able to reschedule this workshop in the near future.
