Join us for a Reiki Level I Course.

In this class, you will learn about Reiki and some techniques which can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and aid in healing. We will have the opportunity to practice on each other and be able to feel the benefits first hand.

Explore a variety of herbs that can be used to boost your immune system in order to keep you strong and healthy. We will also talk about what herbs can help if and when you do come down with the seasonal crud.

Fire Cider Workshop
Learn how to make fire cider in this hands-on, educational workshop. Fire cider is an herbal tonic that is great for immune support, digestive health and more! Variations of this remedy have been used for centuries and is a must for any household, but especially during this time of year! Each participant will leave with a jar of their own fire cider to take home and share or keep for themselves!

What a magical day!! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the shortest day of the year! My heart is full 🩷

I didn't take photos of all the events (too busy having fun), but here are a few!

A special thank you to for the Power Animal Retrieval, , & the Witchy Cowgirl for their insightful readings, .saltzman for her amazing dance full of movement, giggles and some releasing tears, for beautiful and meaningful ornaments, and for a relaxing and nourishing sound bath!!

I was finally able to enjoy the hot chocolate with herbal marshmallows we made at the end of the day! Yummy 😋

Winter is here. Let's allow this time to relax our bodies, minds, and souls. Slow down, rest, and enjoy warming foods and drinks. Spend time with friends and family. Share stories and make memories. Allow your body to rise and fall with the sun and to recover in the long winter nights.
Spring will be back in the blink of an eye, and all will be right and bright. In the meantime, enjoy the stillness 💫❄️
