Less than 40 minutes from downtown Denver, Life Care Center of Evergreen makes its home in the hidden treasure community of Evergreen, Colorado. Surrounded by forests and mountain parks known for all-season recreation, our nursing home is a perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house rehabilitation team works hard to give every patient and resident the best care possible. We learn the goals and preferences of our patients to provide a tailored care plan.

✂️ Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is currently looking for a community member who would like to use our space to provide beautician services, haircuts, beard trims, curling, perms, and color. 💇Seeing the smiles on our residents' faces is so rewarding!

Calling all ghouls, goblins, and ghosts! 👻 Life Care Center Evergreen is collecting donations for our annual trick-or-treat event, where we invite children from the community to come for a fun and safe Halloween. 🎃 Our residents love to see the kids in their costumes and hand out special treats! This year's event is Halloween, Oct. 31, from noon to 5 p.m.!

🍬 We are gracefully accepting donations of: candy, stickers, bracelets, pencils, small toys, snacks

You can drop off donations at our front desk anytime during business hours. 🕸️ Thank you for helping us create a fun, safe, memorable Halloween for both our residents and the community's children! 🐈‍⬛

At Life Care Centers of America, physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) play a vital role in helping our rehabilitation patients regain strength, balance and mobility. 💪
