We're thrilled to share that Mount Evans has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) with a 2024 SHPBestTM “Premier Performer” Caregiver Experience Award for achieving an overall caregiver and family experience score that ranks in the top 5%.

SHPBest™ award program recipients are determined by reviewing and ranking the overall CAHPS Hospice caregiver experience score for more than 1,800 hospice providers. Meaning we are 1 of about 90 hospices nationwide to receive this award (that’s less than two per state on average!)

Hey, Evergreen! This year is Evergreen’s 150th anniversary, and we're joining in the celebration by participating in a LIVE and LIFE SIZE Evergreen Historical Monopoly game! We've got a custom property card representing Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice, and we can't wait to share it with you. Stop by our office on MWF from 10am to 4pm to pick up the Mount Evans exclusive monopoly property card!

Our favorite runners say WOOF! Well-mannered friends on four paws are invited to run, walk, or wag their way (on leash!) through our Freedom Run 5k this July 4th.
