Foothills Lactation Circle is a free breast/chestfeeding support group for anyone feeding their little ones human milk and looking for feeding guidance as well as connection with other parents in the Denver foothills and surrounding mountain community! We offer weight checks and weighted feeds as well. Bring your babe ready to eat and any questions you have!

These are the five things I consider non-negotiable for establishing a strong milk supply — and they’re the first things I walk every new client through. Not because they’re complicated, but because nobody tells you this stuff until something has already gone sideways.

And often these get skipped. Don’t skip these. Please!?

Your body knows what to do. It just needs the right signals, the right support, and someone in your corner who will tell you the truth.

At 2am in my hospital room, a nurse told me my painful latch was normal. I was exhausted, terrified about my baby's weight, and I forgot everything I had learned.

I almost gave up.

1) Foothills Lactation Circle will now be held at the newly remodeled EVERGREEN LIBRARY beginning in February

2) We are back to offering this free resource to our community of breast/chestfeeding parents TWICE A MONTH
