Yesterday’s tragedy at EHS has shaken our entire community—parents, kids, grandparents, and friends. My heart is with everyone who is grieving, afraid, or simply trying to make sense of this.

At Sports Massage By Kristi, I want you to know that my office is a safe space. Whether you come for bodywork, a moment of stillness and calm, or even just a quiet place to talk, you are welcome here. Healing takes many forms, and no one should have to carry this weight alone.
