Join us in welcoming Reagan Hanks, CRNP, to the Evergreen Primary Care family!

Reagan is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages. From wellness visits and chronic care management to building lasting relationships with her patients, she is dedicated to helping our community stay healthy close to home.

We are excited for her to begin seeing patients this summer and know she will be a wonderful addition to our team!
