Kick off for the 2025 summer T'ai Chi season will begin Monday, April 7th. Ongoing classes will be held outside, at Bear Creek Healing Arts (along the river, weather permitting). Beginners are welcome to join at any point throughout the season

Charles Holman (instructor), is an advanced student of Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo, the most senior student of Cheng Man Ch’uan, and the finest martial artist of his day. Charles has been teaching t’ai chi and toast philosophy for over 40 years, including sparring, sword form, and fencing, as well as teaching Chinese medicine and acupuncture for over 25 years. Charles will be teaching the Yang style short form including 37 Yang style posture.

The Self Testing Protocol is one of the biggest break throughs in understanding our self and our root imbalances. Based on the principles of A.K. (applied kinesiology) it gives us a look into the subconscious with a much clearer picture than we had before.  In today’s time A.K. was brought to our attention by Dr. George Goodheart in the late sixties, and flourished in the seventies under his student Dr. John Diamond (Your Body Doesn’t Lie) and others. Although there is evidence of it going back to ancient China, the origin is unknown. With the understanding that all thought has energy, Messages from Water by Masaru Emoto) and the subconscious knows all there is to know about your own body. The Self Testing Protocol gives us an ability to ask questions and look for the root cause of our imbalance. With this clear picture we have a much better chance of eliminate the root cause and the symptoms long term.

World T’ai Chi Day & Kick of for the 2023 Summer T’ai Chi

Kick off for the 2023 summer T'ai Chi season will begin with World T'ai Chi Day, Saturday, April 29th @ 10am. Tens of thousands gather on the same day to participate and share a common vision, with the goal to create an energetic vortex. Join us outside, along the river, at Bear Creek Healing Arts. Ages 10-100 welcome. No athletic ability necessary. This is a free event.

Ongoing summer T'ai Chi classes for the 2023 season will begin the following Monday, May 1 @ 5:30pm. All classes will be held outside, at Bear Creek Healing Arts (along the river, weather permitting).
