Staff spotlight~ Up next is Allie! Allie is our Center Specialist. She is currently training a new Center Specialist to take over so that she can run her personal business full-time! Allie is the coolest lady that most of us know. She currently splits her time between helping the Fort Collins clinic stay up and running and running her own martial arts business. Allie has been an asset to the functionality of the Fort Collins clinic throughout the years. She has helped to establish a tight-knit team that works seamlessly together and has fostered a wonderful, caring, and collaborative culture. We will miss her at 7D, but we are so proud and excited for her in her new endeavors with Luckyfoot Martial Arts

Staff spotlight ~ Our next staff member that we would like to recognize is Julia! Julia has worked her way up from RBT to our Day Treatment Lead. As a DT Lead, she is responsible for overseeing a caseload under the supervision of a BCBA. Julia has been rocking it in this role, and it has been awesome to see her flourish as a leader, all while being a full-time mom! We appreciate all of your hard work, Julia!

Staff spotlight ~ Our next staff member we'd like to introduce is Lizzy! Lizzy is another BCBA who started with us as an RBT. It has been an honor for us to be a part of her growth as she takes on and crushes the BCBA role. Recently, Lizzy has been 1 of 2 BCBAs who are supporting the Fort Collins clinic AND the Evergreen clinic. For that, we have immense appreciation.
Lizzy is incredibly determined and passionate about her clients, she is a fierce advocate for clients and staff, and she is an all-around delight to work with!

Staff spotlight ~ Next up is our Chief Operating Officer, Brad! Brad is crucial in the day-to-day tech operations that keep us running. He is always working hard to make our systems work efficiently for us. Brad also acts as our maintenance man and is quite literally the reason that our buildings are still standing. Although his main roles are behind the scenes, Brad also enjoys spending time with our clients. And our clients and staff LOVE when 'the Brad' is on site.

Meet our new mascot, Harold the Llama! Harold was donated to us from a current client's family. The team decided that he was perfectly suited to be the mascot of 7 Dimensions!

Staff spotlight ~ Our next staff member that we'd like to introduce is Brady. Their hard work and dedication is evident in the work that they do every day. As a Lead RBT, not only do they work hard to support our clients, but they also work their butts off to support new hires, other RBTs, and our BCBAs. Since promoting to Lead RBT a few months ago, they have established themselves as someone their peers can go to for support and leadership. It's been amazing watching their leadership skills develop and watching them thrive in this role!

We're not sure what we would do without you, Brady!
