Staff Spotlight~ Up next is Eric! Eric has been with 7D for over 4 years. Throughout this time, he has established himself as a leader amongst staff. He is always the first to offer to help and support when needed. Not only is he a rockstar RBT, but he also acts as our Day Treatment Teacher. The way that he manages both positions is admirable.
Eric is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and goofiest humans that most of us know. It has been an honor to watch him grow here at 7D. You rock, Eric!!

May is known not only for her clinical expertise but also for her deep compassion and fierce advocacy for her clients and colleagues alike. She is someone you can always count on—reliable, thoughtful, and driven to make a difference. Her impact spans beyond just one location, as she works tirelessly to support both our Fort Collins and Evergreen teams, offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on help wherever it’s needed.
Whether she’s stepping in to provide support, championing the needs of her clients, or mentoring others with kindness and clarity, May brings strength and heart to every part of her work. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
