We are so excited to start Yoga in the Grove next Sunday at the Hiwan Homestead Museum! Join us for an hour of a sweet vinyasa flow outdoor in the beautiful pine grove. Sunday, May 20, 11am-12noon. Check our website for the rest of the dates throughout the summer!

Check out Hiking + Yoga this season at Studio B Evergreen!

Our first 🏔 Hiking + Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️session of the season is on the books!! Join us Tuesday, May 22, from 5:30-7:30pm for some outdoor yoga in a beautiful setting. We’ll meet in the parking lot of Studio B and carpool to our hiking spot! Bring water and friends! ⛰🧘🏽‍♀️

Starting TOMORROW, Tina Parisi will be leading weekly hiking and yoga drop in classes out of Studio B!
When: Wednesdays 9-11am
Where: Meet at the Studio and we will carpool to a nearby hiking spot for an all-levels hike with yoga (no mat required)
Who: You or you and your kiddos, friends, and family members!
How much: Just the cost of a drop in ($16) OR use your class card.

Hey yogis!! Looking to fill spaces on the Yoga Hut Trip this year! It's Sunday Feb 7 through Tuesday Feb 9 at the Harry Gates Hut outside Aspen. It's a 7 mile hike to the hut, NOT for beginners this time around! For $100 per person you get two nights at a 10th Mtn Division hut, two or three yoga classes, community made meals, and a chance to relax or explore the backcountry with your new friends! I have eight spaces open. First come, first served. The ONLY thing that holds your spot is payment (which is non-refundable in the case of cancellation, unless someone fills your spot). This is my fourth year guiding this trip and it's an absolute blast! Comment here or PM me if you are interested or have any questions. Yay! Winter in the mountains! And yoga!

Namaste' and Greetings to All :)

I'm typing out loud here and cross-posting.

So, Liz is training for her BIG CT adventure, and I'm not able to start Yoga + Hiking until at least Sunday, July 5th. Are there other yoga teachers on here who might be interested in leading an event on any of the remaining Sundays in June? Foothills and West Metro hikes as Liz has been doing these last couple of years. Please let me know asap, and we'll blast it out on here to everyone. Tentative start time in past year has been ~ 9:30 am (on Sundays).

Happy summer yogis! So I know I have been quiet lately, I am preparing to hike the entire Colorado Trail this summer. Should be an amazing adventure, but doesn't leave time for me to lead Yoga + Hiking! I have passed the ball to Jeannine DiPerna who will be creating events and posting them on this page. Hope to see you all outdoors!

Great time at the Yoga Hut Trip back in January! Thanks to all who participated!

Hope everyone is enjoying the snow. I'm looking forward to warmer days so Yoga + Hiking can begin! Hoping to start early to mid-May this year! Stay tuned!
