Practitioner Highlight!

Evening, a Colorado native graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2019. Her massage style is characterized by its deeply relaxing and intentional quality. Her touch is deliberate, and she often employs a slow-burn pressure to effectively engage with the nervous system while promoting profound calming and restoration. She is proficient in a range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Cupping. Her primary goal is to help you achieve greater ease of movement and well-being in your daily life. Evening believes Massage therapy has personally fostered a deeper connection between her own body and mind, and she is passionate about facilitating a similar experience for you on your healing journey.

Table Thai massage is a fusion of traditional Thai massage techniques that are adapted for a massage table instead of a mat on the floor. This massage will combine stretching, acupressure and rhythmic compression to improve flexibility, relieve pain and tension and enhance circulation. Unlike traditional Thai massage, which is often performed on a firm mat with the recipient fully clothed, Table Thai massage allows for easier integration with other modalities like Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Swedish.
