Restoring small or peg lateral teeth requires attention to details. First, this patient's bite was improved with clear aligner trays. The gum tissue is like the frame for the teeth and, in this case, it needed to be altered to give proper symmetry and proportions to the small lateral teeth. This allowed natural-looking ceramic restorations to be created that blend seamlessly. The patient said he "has never smiled so much in his life before".
