Alexandra is an E-RYT certified yoga teacher and sound therapist who recently moved to Colorado. Her yogic teaching is built on the belief that all lineages of yoga share a golden thread of knowledge — the urging to be present, live simply, and share a deep respect for the divinity of nature and ourselves. Whether in her classroom, online, or leading retreats around the world, she focuses on alignment and creative sequencing to bring her students into a mindful moving meditation while maintaining her signature style that is dynamic, powerful, and fun. As a dedicated practitioner for almost two decades, she has been fortunate to train under influential teachers in the Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin, and Yoga Nidra traditions. When she’s not on her mat, Alexandra finds her flow as a lover of art, travel, cooking, photography, and of course, exotic plants!
