Everson Physical Therapy Physical therapy clinic in Everson Everson Physical Therapy has been providing services in Everson for over 30 years and under the Direction of RMTS since 2002.

We work with the physicians in our community as well as those in surrounding communities. Through our relationship with physicians, we are able to provide a quality outcome and patient education focus to clients. EPT works with the community, area employers and student athletes and their parents and coaching staff to assist in a positive outcome. Under the Direction of Brian Aasby PT, DPT, OCS, and a great support staff, the clinic has reached out and become a partner facility to the community. Located on Main Street in Everson, our facility offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere for our patient’s recovery from an injury or surgery. This facility has been updated and offers a great environment for healing and education.

Advice, on Keeping Your Spine Healthy!

📌Maintain good posture by ensuring your spine stays aligned. Whether you are sitting down at work or standing up during the day or when you are resting at night, in bed. It's important to avoid slouching as it can cause stress on your back.

📌Maintaining a core is essential, for providing support to your spine and minimizing the chances of getting injured.

📌Keep moving to maintain the flexibility and strength of your muscles—consider incorporating exercises such, as walking outdoors or taking a dip, in the pool to stay active and healthy!

📌Remember to lift by bending at your knees when picking up items to prevent, back strain.

📌Make sure to stretch every day. Doing stretches can keep your back flexible and ease the tension, in your muscles.

Ensuring the health of your spine is crucial, in avoiding discomfort and harm. Stay strong. Prioritize your spines well being, for a lifestyle.
