Pennsylvania 2nd Amendment Supporters Pennsylvania's Constitution states: The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.

If you have a tendency to whine, p**s and moan, or b*tch about everything under the sun...unlike the page. If you believe in being politically correct, unlike the page. If you voted for Obama, unlike the page. If you have anything bad to say about Obama, let's be friends! If you believe in the second amendment and the right should not be infringed, let's be friends! If you believe that it will take God, guns, and guts to keep America the land of the free...let's be friends!

FOAC-Institute wins in court once more! Grant Schmidt of Shot Tec LLC has been having a rough time dealing with local tyrants and with the help of Joshua Prince, or excellent legal counsel, FOAC-Institute once more wins in court!

I love it when the winning court decision cites our previous winning court decisions!

President Jim Stoker stated for the media: “The FOAC Institute is pleased with the Commonwealth Court's decision in FOAC v. Lower Merion, which is the second time that Lower Merion Township has been found to be in violation of our state preemption statute. Unfortunately, there are a number of local forms of government out there trying to not only question but infringe upon the rights of the citizens of this Commonwealth to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State. The Institute is proud to be on the front line of this battle, and with our chief counsel Joshua Prince leading the efforts in the courtroom, we will continue to successfully challenge these violations of our rights in Pennsylvania.”

This is great, but they still mention “historical precedent” toward the end. Just because an unConstitutional law has historical precedent, it still doesn’t make it Constitutional. It makes it a law that was created a long time ago and upheld through history by people who don’t follow the oath that they cited to uphold and protect.
