New Year’s Eve 2025-2026. Ended this year by hosting a restorative yoga crystal sound bowl bath for my friends. They are counselors —-> becoming Therapists besides also being amazing humans and healers they deserve their rest and relax time 💗 the way we hold one another and guide eachother through time and space is sooo special and I’m so glad I got to create this space for us to end 2025. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🎆

As 2025 comes to an end I find my heart over flowing as I look back on my 5th year as a yoga instructor. I feel so grateful to be able to share my voice and positive insight through yoga to all the beings that make it to my classes on Oahu, Hawaii.

From classes as large as 50 people to classes as small as 2. I am constantly in awe of the way humans show up together and for themselves.

I love being a yoga instructor especially here in hawaii. Mahalo so much to who makes my dream come true of teaching weekly on Waikiki beach.

Mahalo mahalo mahalo to the Aina of hawaii and the blessings of being able to practice here and live here. Whether you know me from a class or my journey. Thank you for being here !!!

Hello world! My name is Paige and I am a 500 + hour yoga instructor, Licensed Esthetician, and Licensed Bodyworker. I specialize in helping my clients tap into their parasympathetic nervous systems through yoga, meditation, facials, and bodywork.

I have a heart centered approach to all my modalities and find joy in the space of multiple options, variations, and cues for every body.

When on my table I create a space of peace to let you really tap into your service whether it be a facial or a massage and allow you the environment to really melt into your body and treatment.

I offer weekly yoga classes in Waikiki on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00 AM. DM if you would like the meetup.

I also am offering private yoga for 1:1 or group classes, facials, and massages with the option to add on cupping, all of this available in EWA BEACH and I can also travel to you 🧘‍♀️
