Hello world! My name is Paige and I am a 500 + hour yoga instructor, Licensed Esthetician, and Licensed Bodyworker. I specialize in helping my clients tap into their parasympathetic nervous systems through yoga, meditation, facials, and bodywork.

I have a heart centered approach to all my modalities and find joy in the space of multiple options, variations, and cues for every body.

When on my table I create a space of peace to let you really tap into your service whether it be a facial or a massage and allow you the environment to really melt into your body and treatment.

I offer weekly yoga classes in Waikiki on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00 AM. DM if you would like the meetup.

In this guided meditation I help guide you to re- pattern your mind with positive, loving thoughts to help you be more present and grounded in your daily life.

In this practice I guide you step by step to let go of negativity and wash away with a huge guided imagery wave, cleansing your soul!!

Would recommend taking a shower or jumping in a body of water to really seal in the deal 🌊

I have found the self care that comes from meditation, even better so paired with crystal quartz sound bowls is unmatched on my personal healing journey.

Fall Equinox Tomorrow! 🍁 🍂

I wrote a guided meditation for transitiong from hot summer into cool fall. This meditation includes 10 minutes of pranayama and breathwork practice to begin along with heating and cooling techniques and visualizations.

On the longer side at 30 minutes but is wonderful to lay down and find peace and relaxation with this shift of seasons.

Come let go like the fall leaves and start your fall off with positive affirmations and release. Let me know how you enjoy the meditation 🧘‍♀️
