To all our patients,
We hope that everyone is in good health. Our community has been through a lot in the last few months and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changes, one thing remains the same: OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY.
Our office follows strict infection controls as recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies for up-to-date rulings and guidelines and ensure that our infection control protocols adhere to their recommendations.
There will be certain changes put in place to protect both our patients and staff. Communications with patients will be done prior to appointment with screening questions and we request that patients answer these questions truthfully.
No touch hand sanitizers are placed in the reception area and patients will be asked to use it prior to coming into the operators. Temperature checks will also be done prior to entry.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing which would mean fewer options for scheduling appointments.
Patients are asked to call the office upon arrival and will be informed when they are ready to be seen. Patients are asked to wait in their car until the office is ready to take them in. Patients that take public transportation will be requested to stay outside of the office until they are ready to be seen.
We will be open to see patients on May 1 (Friday) and we look forward to seeing you again. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep everyone safe on our practice.

Our patient's health and safety are our top priority. In our efforts to support the government to prevent community wide spread of the disease, we will be postponing all elective procedures and will focus on dental emergencies. If you are experiencing tooth related pain, please text us in our text line 1(773)831-8621. You can also direct message us on this page.
