Proactive Parents who have kids! Summer break is the best time to start an initial phase of care for Foundational Correction. ☀️

Why?

If we need to fix their Spinal Foundation, we have more time to fix as much as possible🔨

Why?

Once they start the school 🏫 they can do easy Protective Maintenance Care to get going for busy school and sports 🏀 🏈 ⚽️ 🏐 so we can prevent athletic injuries or academic setbacks 📖

I’m 42 years young 😆 (aka old)

My youngest daughter Umi is 5 months old 👶

When she graduates from high school at age 18, I’ll be 60 years young 😆 (aka old) 👴

When she gets married and I’m walking on the wedding aisle, I’ll be around 70 years young 😆 (aka old) 👴

Seven Tips for Smooth Labor/Birth

1. Dark Room - no animals in the planet give a birth under a bright fluorescent environment. Wild animals go to a cave or nest to seek a dark environment.

2. Like-Minded People Alone - I carefully select who will be a part of our birth. Everybody has to be in the same page. Do they believe what you believe regarding your birth plan? The worst thing you do is to have a conflict or stress because of the belief difference.

3. Constantly moving - moving hip/body and changing the position. Stagnation of your body will prevent your baby from lowering down to the birth canal.

4. Focus - Your Husband is the gateway to communicate with you and other providers. Let you focus on what you want to focus on. If you want to be left alone, he should protect you and let you alone. If you needs emotional and physical support, he should give them to you. Your husband and you already have discussed the general birth plan and options already. Depending on the situation, you should modify as the situation change.

5. Counter Pressure - your husband, doula, or midwife should perform this to reduce the labor pain.

6. Never Push - let your uterus work and contract for you. Your job is not to fight and let the power of nature work for you. Surrendering. Relax. Change the position.

7. Foundational Correction- healthy mobile aligned pelvis = a smoother birth.
