2. Medical Massage: assisted stretch, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, trigger-point, tui na and myofascial release/deep tissue. Most of our bodywork services are performed fully clothed, especially when combined with fitness services.
3. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui na and herbal medicine.
