The benefit of working with me is I see you beyond the lens of your Human Design bodygraph or the sum of all your struggles.

I feel you. And I genuinely care.

I view all things in life as energetic & that allows me to illuminate information often overlooked in a traditional reading of your astrological birth chart or a conversation around mindset.

Yesterday was about getting quiet to receive the downloads, today is about writing & speaking them into existence.

The reason that one of the 3 main pillars explored in The Weaver is the connection with Earth is because without it, we do not exist.

It’s not just about being alive, is the ability to quite literally, live.

All this talk about outer space, but yet all I see is an attempt to replicate what we already have here.

And it can’t be done, not fully.

You are not chained down the way that society would want you to believe.

We live in a world where it is common for belief systems to be hijacked, dreams to be crushed, support made to be just out of reach to encourage you to dampen that fire, lose track of your hope & eventually fall in line.

I won’t have it. We won’t have it.

When you create your own version of safety in the connection points readily available to you & allow the resurrection of your souls gifts to begin to emerge, they can’t stop you. Nobody can.

You are the person, place, thing that you have been searching for.

You are the knight in shining armor, your own savior in golden light.

I don’t really care what it is that you want to manifest for this one, fleeting life that we all live.

I just want you to know that you can have it.

I want to watch you reach for it & realize that it’s not as difficult to obtain as everyone would like you to believe.

We have experienced obscene levels of conditioning when it comes to our psyche.

You are a force. As powerful as Mother Earth’s weather patterns, the ability to level it all TF out.

Through both my professional practice & personal experience, I can confidently say that grief can be one of the most difficult emotions to move through the body.

It is sticky, dense, & fills every space it finds.

Receiving energy sessions to support clearing the stagnancy & learning how to embrace the emotion itself are some of the most effective ways to allow it to serve its purpose without feeling overwhelmed.

As of the Autumn Equinox, we are officially in the season that supports this process.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, each season represents an element and related organ systems tied to their respective emotions.

Fall is the energy of the metal element.

It governs the lungs and its sister organ the large intestine, which are vital organs that symbolize allowing life to flow through you & letting go.

The lungs highlight emotions like grief, sadness & sorrow when you do not let yourself experience life as you're meant to.

The large intestines encourage you not to hold onto things that have run their course.

Knowing this, it represents a time for turning inward, letting go of what no longer serves you, and making space for clarity & flow.

It is a beautiful time to focus on your relationship with self-worth, self-forgiveness, and how you perceive resilience.

When there is excess or imbalance of this emotion, you may find yourself feeling it for prolonged periods of time without relief & physically notice stagnation in the lungs & large intestine. You may also become more prone to viral infections & have digestive issues.

Grief work is a vital part of the multifaceted approach that I take when working with clients, because we have all experienced it on some level to varying degrees.

There are different types of grief & we all hold it a bit differently, but the energy is the same.

I want to simplify the energetics of eclipse season for you.

Yes, every eclipse season is different depending on the specific astrology & where that aligns with your chart.

But the overall transformation that I see take place on a collective level can be defined as this -

🌙You are being recalibrated.✨️

Your energetic bodies are being purged of density & making room for you to be re-aligned & strengthened with your dharma & souls path.

The nature of this "window between portals" as astrologers describe what we are currently in can be visualized as this...

(Short backstory, as a late 80s baby I spent a large portion of my life wanting to grow up to be a Disney princess, so if this analogy doesn't land I'm not sure what to tell you. 😂)

You know the scene where Cinderella's godmother magically transforms her into a ball gown with a wave of her wand as she sings "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!"...?

Well, think about eclipse season/the universe as your fairy godmother & you're Cinderella.

4. Double down on energetic support. Eclipse cycles take about 18 months to complete so it may take time to see how it all unravels, but by tending to our souls & energetic bodies we ensure that we're allowing the smoothest transition & best outcomes to manifest.

That’s the thing about holistic medicine, unconditional love & the decision to never give up on yourself - the universe just keeps showing up for you.

We may be dealt pretty sh*tty hands at times, but when we declare that we want another draw, the universe delivers.

My recent surgery was something I’ve been looking into for 1.5/2 years but I’d be lying if I said I was ready for it to be dropped in my lap last month.

Even so, my greatest teacher in life has been learning to surrender. So, here I am.

July would have been considered my 35.5th birthday & it may sound silly to you, but I feel emotional just remembering how much can change in 6 months.

This past round of experiences was to reignite the phoenix within me. To help me uplevel how I am here to serve.

I feel a new found fire lit inside to make my dreams a reality for myself & those around me.

I find myself dreaming BIG again. What I want my days and this business of mine to look like going forward, & I find myself deciding that I don’t want to wait to share the medicine I have to offer on a grander scale.

Because this life is so f*cked up sometimes, but man is it beautiful. & every time I sit with one of you in my studio or across zoom & hear your story, I am reminded of WHY I have been through everything that I have.

Because I was being expanded to be able to hold these wild dreams inside my heart.

I have a legacy inside of me that can only be expanded through YOU. Each time you heal a part of yourself, the vibration of the world increases.

Every day that you allow yourself to simply enjoy the little moments of life, you give others permission to do the same.

This goes for me, you, and anyone else who may read this.

So here I am, making a respectful demand to the universe. To always help me build back stronger than ever, because in case you haven’t learned by now, I will never not get back up.

I will never stop showing up for those I love, for my clients, or for the random person on the street that needed a smile and a kind word from a stranger.

Most importantly, I will never stop showing up for myself.

So much of my teachings can be traced back to being in the void.

Not just existing there, but BEING in it.

Sitting in the muck. Resting there. Running my fingers through its murky waters & envisioning the flowers that could bloom from its depths.

There is so much that the void has to teach us.

How to be still even when it's uncomfortable.

How to hold the faith even when our eyes can't find the light.

If there's one thing this life has taught me, it's this; there is strength in the surrender.

We create our own suffering through holding expectations above our own well being.

It is in our resistance to soften & shift that separates us from our fullest expression of creativity & light.

Having this surgery dropped in my lap in the middle of my favorite season, where I desire to be out playing in the sunshine, connecting with community, & supporting my clients in a big way has been hard.

But if I zoom out & view it from a birds eye view - it will only be a small blip on the radar.

I can become so consumed by the details of it all sometimes (oh hey, Virgo Moon in the 12th house), but it's days like today that remind me that sometimes being human, means that the details need to be left for another day.

Sometimes all we need is more rest. More love. More patience with the process. & a little more trust in knowing that it's all going to work out.

So, I will continue to practice what I preach as I lean into support, continue to choose rest over productivity, & spend my moments flowing between offering my body cues of safety & just simply be here with nothing to fix.

All this to say, if you're in a season that feels overwhelming or uncertain, let's let the last couple of days of July be July.

Let's allow August to be August.

& let's soften into the knowing that this too is meant to be.
