Real-time visibility isn’t a luxury in critical lab environments. It’s essential for maintaining control, compliance, and confidence in every process.

In our latest case study blog, see how Canyon Labs gained full visibility into their critical lab and storage environments with the Rees Environmental Monitoring System. By moving to continuous, automated monitoring, they improved response times, reduced manual processes, and ensured their data was always accessible and audit-ready.

From stronger oversight to smarter decision-making, this is what modern monitoring should look like.

Cleanroom monitoring isn’t just about collecting data. It’s about having the confidence that every critical parameter is controlled, documented, and audit-ready.

In our latest case study, see how the Amnion Foundation strengthened their cleanroom and cold storage monitoring with the Rees Environmental Monitoring System. By implementing real-time monitoring across temperature, humidity, particle counts, and more, they eliminated manual logs, reduced risk, and gained instant access to audit-ready data.

From improved visibility to stronger compliance across departments, this is a powerful example of what the right monitoring strategy can achieve.

Last week, the Rees team came together at our HQ to celebrate a very special milestone, the successful completion of the first customer installation of ReesHelix.

Our “Sweet Beginnings” launch party was filled with sweet treats, balloons, and plenty of ReesHelix spirit as we recognized the incredible work that brought this project to life.

We also heard from President & CEO, Sandip Mukerjee, and Engineering Manager, Gary Connors, who shared insights on the journey behind ReesHelix and the teamwork, innovation, and dedication that made this achievement possible.

A huge thank you to everyone across the organization who contributed to making this launch such a success. This milestone represents the hard work and collaboration of so many talented individuals, and we are excited for our customers to experience everything ReesHelix has to offer.

This is just the beginning for ReesHelix, and we cannot wait to see what’s ahead!

Cleanroom commissioning doesn’t end when construction is complete. That’s when the real test begins.

From airflow verification and pressure control to environmental monitoring and system integration, commissioning is what determines whether a cleanroom truly performs as designed or quietly introduces risk.

In our latest blog, we break down what it actually takes to get cleanroom commissioning right, including the critical steps, common challenges, and why alignment across systems is essential for long-term performance.

If you're building or scaling cleanroom environments, this is a must-read.

Welcome to another installment of our Friday FAQ series, where we address common questions and break them down into practical insights for regulated environments.

This week's featured Friday FAQ: When should environmental monitoring be implemented?

The short answer is before your critical processes begin.

Whether you are storing temperature-sensitive materials, operating in controlled environments, or preparing for regulatory requirements, implementing environmental monitoring early ensures consistency, compliance, and peace of mind.

Taking a proactive approach allows your team to identify trends, address potential issues early, and stay audit-ready without added stress.

Have a question you want featured in a future FAQ? Let us know in the comments.

Cleanroom certification shows your space meets design limits at a specific moment, but it doesn’t guarantee control between inspection events. Continuous particle monitoring provides real-time visibility so you can detect trends, correlate spikes with activities, and support proactive contamination control rather than reacting after the fact.

Learn why shifting from episodic testing to ongoing monitoring strengthens environmental oversight and regulatory alignment. Read more and start rethinking your cleanroom strategy:

Learn why continuous particle monitoring in cleanrooms is essential for ISO compliance and goes beyond a one-time validation check.
