Sam also teaches yoga at Caribbean resorts 1-2x per year.

Happy holidays. Am now 5 hrs post-op from thyroidectomy (removal) on high probability of cancer. since this diagnosis abt 2 months ago have already met/learned of ten prople in my social circle to have the procedure done. This was originally detected as incidental finding from CT chest scan as part of cardio baseline studies abt 10 months ago. Good news is thyroid nodules were contained within thyroid making chance of spread low. Also no lymph nodes removed which is really good sign. Final pathology due in about two weeks.

Great multi-quad drill for strength and reinforcement of the kinetic chain. This drill the moving leg moves BEHIND the stationary leg. Next week will show what happens when the moving leg moves in FRONT of the standing leg. Stay tuned!
