For those who suffer seemingly without end, the choices surrounding how and when they die are changing.
(We do not take a stance on this issue, but it is worth noting that it is reshaping the way we relate to our end of life care.)

One year after this article published, it bears repeating - that regarding death and grieving young children often intuit more than we give them credit for. It matters how we choose to talk to them about it, both before and after. Credit to our own precious local resource, Good Grief, which is mentioned.

Natural burial has become a trend in recent years and many funeral homes are eager to position themselves to serve this need.
We are not one of these funeral homes.

Our family has been serving the community with the practices that have come to be known as “natural” or “green burial” for three generations.

We are proud to re-open our funeral home after 4 months of construction. The 1500 sq. ft. new addition and chapel also include full handicapped accessibility, with ramps replacing the entrance that previously had steps and two new ADA restrooms. We think people who visit us will approve of the changes.
