Aaaaannnndddd the award for the world’s cutest, adorablest sleeper/cuddler goes to our big chonker Biko! Biko is a six year old cat who got kicked to the curb when a new kitten came on the scene and his “family” deemed Biko too rough! So out the door he went and now this big hunk finds himself looking for that perfect fit! Biko is a world-class snuggler/lover but has a personality as big as his belly…so he needs an adult only home, with people that can understand and respect a boss cat! He should also be the only pet! This a substantial and phenomenal cat he just needs the right home to thrive (and snuggle!). Biko is at the Princeton Petsmart and so ready to find his forever family! Don’t forget we have a special evening adoption event, tomorrow 10/10 from 4-8pm at Petsmart!

Two more amazingly sweet cats are ready for adoption! Olive & Clementine are 5 month old kittens that were on the kill list for 08/31 at AHS South for the crime of having kitty colds! These two incredibly sweet kittens were part of the 16 cats we pulled and they are now fully ready for a loving family of their own. They are beyond friendly, happy and loving kittens. They love the family fostering them, each other and the other pets in the home! We are so happy we have them safe, healthy and loved so we’d love to close the loop for them and get them settled into a loving home…they truly deserve it. These sweet girls will be featured at our pop-up Friday evening adoption event at the Princeton Petsmart!

We have been remiss posting adoptions but we wanted to share a super special adoption from this afternoon…because although we are overwhelmed and exhausted moments like this bring it all home as to why in spite of everything we keep pushing on! Archie & Sabrina are two of the many cats we pulled from AHS South a few weeks ago that were all slated to be killed on 08/31…while we were in no way in a any position resource wise to take them, these cats just broke our hearts and we pulled 16 cats that week alone. I know we can’t get them all and so many poor innocent souls don’t make it out of there alive but we continue the good fight for the ones we can help. And today was a good day as Archie & Sabrina found a loving new mom and home! These absolutely darling angels were in poor shape, narrowly avoided death just a few short weeks ago and today are looking amazing and starting a hopefully happy and wonderful life. We are so grateful for our adopters because as space allows we always try to take in the most vulnerable and at risk cats. Please consider donating, fostering and adopting. We cannot do this without community support! But for just this moment let’s celebrate life for Archie & Sabrina!!!

Help wanted!!! Please if you have a spare room, a little love to share consider fostering a cat or two. We are inundated with requests to help homeless or soon to be homeless cats and kittens. Even 2-3 weeks can help bridge between nowhere to be and a better or permanent situation. We have multiple cats that are in immediate danger of being killed in overcrowded shelters or dumped outside by irresponsible and terrible people. Archie & George are two beautiful boys that narrowly escaped being killed at AHS South on 8/31 over space issues. These sweet boys came into that shelter when their owner passed away along with several housemates…all were placed on the kill list for 08/31. Fortunately the whole group was pulled by us and other rescues, we took five and an additional 11 cats that week that were very close to death for the crime of existing in an overcrowded shelter. That all said these two wonderful cats are now the Princeton Petsmart ready to find loving, stable and caring homes. They are fully vetted and cleared by our vet. In spite of what they’ve gone through the last few months they are just big, sweet guys. They can be adopted together or separately…they are very cat friendly and gentle natured.

Beautiful inside & outside Bella & Sima are waiting patiently at the Princeton Petsmart for a loving new family. These sweet three year old cats lost their home when a baby came on the scene and the family for whatever reason decided to give them up…Thier loss can be your gain because these girls are spectacular and deserve the most amazing new home! Volunteers are onsite Saturday & Sunday 12-4pm. 111 Nassau Park Blvd, Princeton.
