The ankle complex provides a firm base of support for the body while simultaneously helping us adapt to variations in the ground surface. Its job is a big one—providing an ideal balance between mobility and stability—and requires numerous bones and joints in both the foot and ankle.

However, three primary joints are crucial for optimum ankle function. They are the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis, talocrural, and subtalar joints.

Good morning, friends! As I make this post, I pray that all of my loyal clients and family that I have built will please be understanding. With credit card terminal processing fees skyrocketing recently, it is becoming hard to maintain my same prices without raising them as a whole. So, in an effort to keep pricing the same, as of 04/24/2023, we are going to be charging credit card processing fees. With that being said, I am also switching terminals to make those fees lower for you as well. I also will still be accepting cash, check and HSA cards (no fee for HSA cards as that is illegal).
