We sincerely appreciate your patience while our phones are down. We continue to experience a disruption to our computer systems that began yesterday. The Excelsior Springs Clinic is currently open and committed to taking care of all of our patients safely. We are attempting to contact all scheduled patients daily. We will continue to provide updates as we are able.

Liberty Hospital is experiencing a disruption to our computer systems that began early this morning. We continued to care for patients while following standard protocols to document patient care while our computer systems are down. As we actively investigate the source of the disruption, we are unable to estimate how long the computer issue will last. Currently, our team is confirming the impact to our services and we are working to restore functionality as soon as possible. The safety of our patients is our utmost priority. After evaluating the care of every inpatient, we made the decision to transfer certain patients to other hospitals today. The remaining inpatients will continue to receive care here.

During this time, we encourage people to seek emergency care at other hospital emergency departments. Our primary and specialty care clinics are contacting patients who have appointments scheduled tomorrow to determine next steps.
