Dr. Samuel Carlson came highly recommended, and now I know why. He specializes in hips and knees, which gave me confidence right from the start. He was professional, personable, and did a fabulous job. My hip feels wonderful.
The Orthopedic Institute, which is a unique partnership between TCO and Ridgeview Hospitals and Clinics, was incredible. I was supposed to stay one night, but my blood pressure ran low, and they kept me a second night. I actually looked forward to it. The food was delicious, the staff was so kind, and they even sent me home with lunch for two. I told them I’m coming back just for vacation!
Recovery has gone smoothly. I live in a split-level home, and I’m taking the stairs with no problem. I’m even walking without a cane some of the time. From the initial consult to the follow-up, everything about the experience was positive. I’d recommend Dr. Carlson and the Orthopedic Institute to anyone.”
