Our Story

Revitalize Wellness Therapy provides counseling for young professionals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, job stress and relationship issues.

Why young professionals? Because young professionals and couples have a LOT on their plates. They are balancing school (high school, college, graduate school), jobs/careers, partners, family members, and friends. Young adults are balancing all of this while paying down student loans and trying to start a career, usually in a work environment that expects their employees to work for little money and have more and more experience each year. Add on pressure from family and society to “settle down,” get married and start a family, and you can see why young adults are more stressed and anxious than ever before.

Services provided at Revitalize include individual therapy and couples counseling. Ideal clients are motivated to succeed, afraid of failure, and are experiencing difficulty balancing all of life’s responsibilities and obligations. They also might be struggling with life transitions such as going to college, transitioning into a new job (or first job), parenthood, and marriage. Other concerns include relationship struggles, financial concerns, low self-esteem, and frustration and anger that comes from feeling “stuck”.

Revitalize Wellness Therapy has been operating since 2016 and opened its first location in Uptown, Minneapolis in January of 2018.
