Jen moves through the group connecting each person with their most open and grounded selves.

Sound Healing resonates within the physical body, while IET moves energy through all the layers of our energy fields. During this deep healing, you will be guided in your chair to a safe and sacred space, while you simply allow the warmth and quality of the sound and energy to flow through you. *Each person receives Individual IET healing in this setting.
