We're proud to share we have maintained an A- Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and A- credit rating from Fitch Ratings. This rating reflects our strong financial health and our commitment to responsible stewardship. Out of roughly 1,900 life care communities nationwide, less than 2% have an A- or better rating, making this no small accomplishment.

That was on full display at our recent event in partnership with NH Outright, which offered practical tips on how older adults can better embrace LGBTQ family members. A beloved tradition continues! This year, our Resident Art Calendar celebrates 15 years of creativity. With 75 submissions across every medium you can imagine - ceramics, fiber, watercolor, photography, woodworking, and beyond - our judges had the difficult task of selecting 12 standout finalists to be featured in the calendar (if only there were more months in the year!).

All 75 submissions are currently on full display at the Ridge art gallery for all to enjoy. Here's a peek at some of the talent waiting for you!
