A heartfelt thank you to Exeter Subaru and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) for their Subaru Loves to Care delivery! This year, Exeter Subaru donated 80 comfort blankets and 100 messages of hope to patients at Exeter Hospital's Michael and Jeanne Falzone Center for Cancer Care.💙

"Our patients love the messages and blankets. They are touched knowing that other community organizations such as Exeter Subaru and LLS care so much," said Eileen McDonald, director of the Falzone Center for Cancer Care.

Did you know? BILH Behavioral Services has clinicians who work in various BILH emergency departments, evaluating patients and determining how to best support their behavioral health needs.

Alyssa Freeman is an Emergency Services Clinician at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Needham who collaborates with various groups, including community providers and patient families, to determine the appropriate level of care and how to best support each patient with behavioral health resources and referrals.

Alyssa says: "Working in the hospital setting, we are meeting with people when they are in crisis and the whole process can be overwhelming for them. I find it rewarding to support families and individuals through this process, whether that is explaining levels of care or necessary next steps or supporting in navigating how to access resources in their area."
