Hey everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the amazing birthday wishes, posts, comments, texts, DMs, and calls. You really know how to make a person feel special… and slightly concerned about turning half a century old! 😂

Your love, laughter, and kind words made my 50th birthday one for the books. I’m incredibly grateful to have such amazing friends in my life who remind me that age is just a number—and that we can still have a great time (even if it now includes a bit more ibuprofen).

Here’s to many more laughs, memories, and trying to remember what I did with my reading glasses! Cheers to all of you! 🎉

could never! Wanted the vegan crunch wrap (it’s not in DC yet, plus I don’t really eat Taco Bell anymore) so I made one at home! I used portobello mushrooms in the ground “bef” to stretch it. Made my own vegan nacho cheese sauce using Cashew butter and it turned out delish!
