Sacred Oak Healing Services

Sacred Oak Healing Services Sacred Oak Healing Services is about navigating through the changes and transitions in life without the baggage of the past that can block healing.

At Sacred Oak Healing Services practitioner and client are partners in healing. The wide range of services and processes provided help clients to access their own inner wisdom and remove the mental/emotional/physical blocks that often prevent healing, which usually happens naturally. Through the tools and skills learned at Sacred Oak, clients will gain the clarity and courage to face "what is", listen to their inner truth, and take action needed to make necessary changes internally or externally. Rather than push away the signs and symptoms of disease or other life challenges, clients begin to open and understand the life lessons they bring, and use them as a source of empowerment and strength. By releasing old beliefs and vows that no longer serve as coping mechanisms, clients can live in awareness and freedom, and walk through their doors of transformation with courage, grace, and resilience.

In this new year may we remember we were Created for Joy and may we dance with Spirit.

I sometimes forget that
I was created for joy
My mind is too busy
My heart is too heavy
Heavy for me to remember
that I have been
called to dance
the sacred dance for life
I was created to smile
to love
to be lifted up
and lift others up
O sacred One
Untangle my feet
from all that ensnares
Free my soul
That we might
Dance
and that our dancing
might be contagious.

A Litany of Remembrance

by Rabbi Sylvan Kamens and Rabbi Jack Riemer

In the rising of the sun and in its going down,
we remember them.
In the blowing of the wind and in the chill of winter,
we remember them.
In the opening of buds and in the rebirth of spring,
we remember them.
In the blueness of the sky and in the warmth of summer,
we remember them.
In the rustling of leaves and in the beauty of autumn,
we remember them.
In the beginning of the year and when it ends,
we remember them.
When we are weary and in need of strength,
we remember them.
When we are lost and sick at heart,
we remember them.
When we have joys we yearn to share,
we remember them.
So long as we live, they too shall live, for they are now a part of us,
as we remember them.

“This moment that humanity is living through can be considered a door or a hole. The decision to fall into the hole or go through the door is yours.
If you consume information 24 hours a day, with negative energy, constantly nervous, with pessimism, you will fall into this hole.
But if you take the opportunity to look at yourself, to rethink life and death, to take care of yourself and others, you will go through the door.
Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home. When you take care of yourself, you take care of others at the same time.
Do not underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Adopt the perspective of an eagle that sees everything from above with a broader vision.
There is a social demand in this crisis, but also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility.
You are prepared to go through this crisis.
Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal. Learn to resist by the example of the Indian and African peoples: we have been and continue to be exterminated.
* But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having joy.
Don’t feel guilty for feeling lucky in these difficult times. Being sad and without energy doesn’t help at all.
* Resilience is resilience through joy!
You have the right to be strong and positive. And there’s no other way to do this but to maintain a beautiful, joyful and bright posture.
This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It is a strategy of resistance.
When we walk in the door, we have a new view of the world because we have faced our fears and difficulties.
This is what you can do now:
– Serenity in the storm,
– Keep calm, meditate daily,
– Make a habit of encountering the sacred every day.
Demonstrate resilience through art, joy, trust and love. “

During a dark time many years ago, a sign was given, Emmanuel, God With Us.

During these dark and challenging times, we receive that sign again and are reminded, God is Still With Us.

As 2020 comes to a close, the solar system has decided to grace us with a cosmic Christmas miracle that hasn't been witnessed in nearly 800 years. On Dec.

Healing the world begins within ourselves, and as we heal our own emotions, beliefs, and stories, we can then be healing instruments for each other. One of the most profound healing tools I have ever experienced or used with others is the Journey, introduced to me when I worked in oncology many years ago. (for free e-book go to https://mw106.isrefer.com/go/ebook/lorimangano/ )
I have been a Journey practitioner for twelve years, and the effects of this beautiful process never cease to amaze me.
