If you have been feeling stressed, anxious, or just mentally maxed out you are not alone! This fall, we are offering you a powerful opportunity to reset and reconnect through Adapted Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), led by Kim Cermak.
This evidence-based program has been shown to be as effective as leading antidepressants in reducing anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia.
