Job Opening.
Part-time Temporary Administrative assistant-Angels On Guard Homecare. (It may become full-time based on performance and business need)
Responsibilities Include:
**Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Performs duties and projects as assigned by Director
Hire, train, retain, and supervise caregivers and home leads
Ensure all client and staff paperwork is accurate, complete, maintained, and kept updated
Ensure efficient and effective operations
Ensure high level client satisfaction
Work closely with staff to ensure proper scheduling of caregivers and solve issues that arise.
Ensure accurate staffing of clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requests.
Utilize our tools to monitor operations including clinical documentation, monitor care logs, and to maintain client and caregiver records
Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, and case managers.
Ensure effective recruiting of staff, retention, and training
Perform home visits and as necessary
Complete incident reporting as necessary
Other projects/duties as assigned by administration
Qualifications:
Excellent organization, communication, and human relation skills
1 year in the Homecare field
Knowledge of home health agency regulation
Flexibility regarding workdays and work hours
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Reliable car, valid State driver's license, and car insurance
A background check will be required
